Supporting Mental Health through the Arts

Right now, we are an At-Home Establishment following Texas Cottage Law offering original sweet treats, custom cakes and custom sugar cookies.

Between the two of us, we also sell paintings, custom paintings, custom murals, crafts, write music, run a parent entrepreneur social media page, share meal prep ideas, and more. Explore our website for all the fun!

We believe in breaking the mold of who an artist is. Art exists in various forms. Art is something we do, a verb. Art is an expression of our thoughts, emotions, intuitions, and desires, but it is even more personal than that: it's about sharing the way we experience the world. Art has been described as being a connection of the mind and body and has been found to promote mental health and spiritual well-being. It helps people work through traumas, fears, anxieties, etc.

Artistic self-expression or engagement has been shown to be a means of improving mental health and well-being.
